Helen G. Jamieson, CFA®, FRM

Helen joined Commons Capital in 2024 as a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager. She has been involved in investment management for over 10 years and has extensive experience across a broad range of investment types.
Previously, Helen was a Vice President at Radius Capital Management, LLC where she provided wealth management advice and services to multi-generational families. Prior to moving to Massachusetts, Ms. Jamieson worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at Element Investment Managers in Cape Town, South Africa and before that as Vice President of Debt and Portfolio Manager for Franklin Templeton Asset Management in Dubai, UAE.
Ms. Jamieson graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2002 with a B.Com. Honors in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Statistical Sciences. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a registered Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and is dedicated to ethical investment practices. Ms. Jamieson currently lives in Westford, Massachusetts where she serves on various non-profit education boards and initiatives when not spending time with her husband and two children.
